Description
I worked on an enterprise-grade DevOps delivery platform for Ningbo Bank, focusing on end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and release governance. The system integrates Jenkins to automate build/test/deploy workflows, manages artifacts centrally, and enforces precise permission control to ensure secure, auditable, and repeatable releases across teams and environments.
- Pipeline orchestration: standard CI/CD templates, configurable stages, environment gates, and reusable pipeline components
- Jenkins integration: trigger builds, fetch logs/status, manage jobs, and visualize pipeline execution progress
- Artifact/package management: versioned artifact storage, promotion across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), and traceable release bundles
- Release governance: approval gates, rollout/rollback support, and change history for auditability
- Fine-grained permissions: RBAC + resource-level controls (project/pipeline/artifact/environment) to meet banking security requirements
