Description
Hunan Bank Ticket Management System is an enterprise workflow-centric platform designed to standardize and automate internal approval processes. The system is powered by a workflow engine that supports configurable process templates, multi-stage approvals, and strict node-based access control.
n this project, I implemented the core front-end features and collaborated with backend services to deliver a complete approval experience—from ticket creation and form validation to node routing, approval actions, and audit visibility. The platform enables organizations to manage complex approval chains with clear ownership, traceability, and controllable transitions between workflow nodes.
- Delivered node control and permission gating (role-based actions per workflow stage, conditional transitions).
- Built UI for approval inbox, ticket details, node timeline, operation logs, and status tracking.
- Integrated with backend APIs for process instance state, node routing, approve/reject/transfer, and audit records.
- Ensured reliability via self-testing, edge-case handling (parallel approvals, re-submit, timeout/escalation hooks if applicable), and end-to-end verification.
